Clara Simanjuntak is Nyananyana Eco-fashion founder and designer. The clothing and accessories brand was conceptualised in Singapore in 2011. After a long journey of sourcing and research about all natural fabrics and dyes from plants, the brand finally launched in 2017 in Jakarta. Nyananyana is currently based in Singapore.

She conducts workshops to introduce natural dye as a form of Nyananyana’s green campaign.

Clara also the founder of Jakarta Museum Playdate, community of parents and children where she visits and eco friendly themed workshop in museums.

Beeswax wraps have become more popular as eco-friendly household items, replacing cling wraps that are non-biodegradable. In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn the use of beeswax wraps, materials needed and how to make a wrap step-by-step.

 

By using certified organic fabric with natural dye and organic forest beeswax, say goodbye to single-use plastic covers. Each participant will get to bring back one piece of their self made beeswax.
