Immerse yourself in this unique workshop and dining experience in collaboration with Permata Singapore in Kampong Gelam. Located in Gedung Kuning, a historical landmark built with Palladian-style exteriors and traditional Malay house interiors, you will get to have a hands-on experience in creating a block printed pouch using the motifs found around the precinct and the building itself. After the workshop, indulge in a feast fit for royalty at Permata's exquisite dining hall with their thematic monthly Nusantara buffet spread.
You will learn the concept of block printing, design considerations and create seamless prints on fabric. Print seamless patterns or random repeats, pair different colours to create your very own colour scheme – think 2-3 complementary colours that goes together or if you’re feeling adventurous go for contrasting schemes and make a statement!
